Reflexion is a group programme dedicated to women, just like you. Using a unique combination of natural healing techniques, this programme will set you on a road of self-discovery, enabling and empowering you to truly be yourself and reach your full potential.
Reflexion is an intimate 8-week programme, presented in 2 stages with a maximum of 8 women participating. Each stage is delivered for 1.5 hour per week over 4 weeks. You can decide if you wish to proceed to stage 2 once you have completed stage 1.
Shelagh has a strict confidentiality policy which each member complies with. Previous groups have developed a deep trust in each other and created a supportive environment.

At the start of each class you will learn to balance your energy system with a simple Health Kinesiology technique. This will help you feel grounded and focused.
Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T) is the main self-help technique used and taught in Stage 1.
You will be guided to focus on the emotions that are provoked in your day to day life. These are often in response to other people around you, or change of some nature, both at home and in the workplace. You may be finding it difficult to tolerate someone’s attitude or constant demands on you, or it may be challenging dealing with a change in your life, which can be emotionally demanding even if that change is welcomed. These situations trigger feelings e.g. that you’re not good enough, or you feel frustrated at other’s lack of commitment or understanding.
These feelings can create tension in your body, leading to poor sleep, change in appetite, craving foods or more physical symptoms like muscular aches and pain, or headaches.
During the class we connect with the feelings that you are experiencing and tap it away with E.F.T.

Stage 2 moves onto addressing beliefs that you have that are preventing you from moving forward.
You will be taught a simple Health Kinesiology technique that can shift deep rooted beliefs that are no longer benefiting you.
The most common belief many of us have is ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘I’m not clever enough to ….’
These beliefs affect how we behave and respond in our everyday lives. Science has shown that our beliefs shape our world both externally and internally.
