On Friday 24th January 2020 7-9pm, I will be hosting a free talk with self help techniques for those experiencing anxiety, which is preventing them from living a full and happy life.
This event is open to adults who either are experiencing anxiety themselves or who are supporting a teenager/young adult who are experiencing anxiety. During the course of the evening, Shelagh will share her own story and some case studies of a few clients who presented with anxiety and who have created positive change with Shelagh’s support. You will then be shown and get the opportunity to practice self help techniques that will help you release emotional stress. A follow up video is also available on YouTube. We will finish the evening with tea and snacks when you will have the opportunity to speak with Shelagh on a one-one basis.
