Yes, the premises are on the ground floor with no steps and a wide doorway, the toilet facility is small and narrow however. Disabled parking is nearby.

What do I wear and bring to a session?

Wearing loose comfortable clothing is advisable. You just need to bring yourself.

What does kinesiology feel like?

There is no particular answer to this one. Everyone experiences it differently.

It is common to experience emotions, recall memories, see colours or feel tingling sensations in the body or limbs.

Often as the energy unblocks it is not unusual for your tummy to gurgle and make noises.

It is generally a very relaxing experience and you may be under the impression that nothing is happening, but believe me your body is working at a very deep level and you may feel tired afterwards, so plan a relaxing time following your session where possible.

How many sessions will I need?

At your first session we can answer this question more accurately, but most clients notice a significant improvement in their well-being following 3-4 session. Clients often choose to continue to return on a regular basis (4-8 weekly) to maintain good balance in their life.

How much does it cost?

Reiki:   £60 for 50-60 min session

Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology:   Free trial – 20 min session
