It’s been such a crazy year for us all and I hope you are all finding joy within the mayhem.
I would love to hear how you are getting on and what exciting things you have been up to, so please do keep in touch.

Today I would like to share 3 pieces of exciting news with you all.

1. AMAZING RESULTS have now been published!
Last April the opportunity arouse to participate in a research project, to demonstrate the effectiveness of a Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology protocol, in reducing the severity of COVID symptoms, in particular, cough, fever and shortness of breath. A total of 30 of my clients participated and I am delighted to share the results.

Here is the conclusion from the published research paper. ‘Our analysis suggests the population who chose to receive the preventive NB COVID-19 treatment experienced a significant reduction in frequency and severity of the three major symptoms of COVID-19 compared to the general population. Nobody in that population needed hospitalization, including the elderly, which can be interpreted as a very significant clinical improvement. Most people did not report any side effects. Only small side effects were reported.’

This is fantastic news for our community and may I thank every client who participated in the study.

2. Health Kinesiology Training Brought To Scotland

It was such a joy to facilitate this 2 day taster Health Kinesiology course at the end of June. We welcomed London tutor Franky Kossy to Scotland to teach 8 eager students. We had an amazing 2 days learning how to muscle test and learn how to balance our own energy system to keep us grounded and in balance. Once in balance we discovered the amazing ability of how to access our own body’s inner wisdom, by asking closed questions that gives a yes/no answer. The question options are endless and you can discover how to find out what your own personal body’s needs are; topics such as  sleep; nutrition; exercise; rest and supplements are examples of what can be tested.

We were challenged with COVID restrictions and unfortunately Franky was unable to attend in person but we got creative and connected on the big screen, with myself and another practitioner, Angela Daye on the ground guiding each student throughout the practical areas of the course. We even managed to get Franky overviewing and teaching when we were working in small groups for the practical side of the course.

I would love to bring teaching to Scotland because Scotland people deserve the best. We currently have 3 teachers in England who are all retiring in the near future. I’m considering taking on the teacher training. What do you think?

I’m passionate in supporting others who want to make a change in their lives; help them uncover their true potential with confidence and motivation. With this in mind and to support Enhanced Wellbeing’s current services, I’m excited to announce that I will soon be launching a Wellbeing Coaching service. Watch this space!

I hope you are all having a fabulous summer.
I’m looking forward to a lovely week in Harrogate later in the month.

Best wishes
Shelagh xx
